Placement cell facility has been set up at NIAIMT- Silchar to provide employment opportunities to the young aspirants being trained at NIAIMT- Silchar. The Placement cell facility also aims to develop a symbiotic relationship between the industry around and NIAIMT - Silchar, thereby facilitate to bridge the gap between the industry and skilled man- power, being trained at NIAIMT- Silchar. The facility strives to meet the objective of the skill development trainings being imparted at NIAIMT- Silchar i.e. placement of candidates.
